Safehoster Intranet

Your organization's intranet, on a server of its own.

Correspondence, assignments, tasks and the shared calendar in one private intranet, on the web and on the phone. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

For organizations and embassies.

Plan of your organization's intranet A building with its own wall, labeled your own server. Inside are rooms for the register, assignments, tasks, calendar, leave and archive. The single entrance is your organization's sign-in. Outside, a phone is linked by an encrypted connection. As the page scrolls, a document travels from the entrance to the register, to a person, to a task, to the calendar and to the phone. Locked by design, not by promise.

The legend of the plan. Each line is how the intranet works today, not a feature on a list.

  • Your own server

Your organization's intranet runs alone. Its documents never sit in a shared database with anyone else's.

  • One entrance

People sign in with your organization's own accounts, such as Microsoft work accounts. Nobody can sign up from outside.

  • Encrypted all the way

Everything between the server, the browser and the phone travels over encrypted connections.

  • A locked phone app

The app asks for Face ID, Touch ID or the phone's passcode before it shows anything.

  • No ads, analytics or tracking

Nothing in the intranet or the app reports what your people do to anyone.

  • Confidential stays confidential

Documents marked confidential show only their code in notifications, never their subject.

  • Who received what, and when

Every assignment records who opened a document and at what time, on the web and in the app.

  • Told about new sign-ins

Your server can e-mail each person when their account signs in on a new phone, with the device and the place.

Everything your office runs on, in one place.

Each organization's intranet is set up around how it actually works: its codes, its departments and who may see what.

Correspondence register

Incoming and outgoing documents with official codes, dates, senders and tags. Outgoing letters are written from your own Word templates and coded in one step.

Assignments

Hand a document to a person with copies and an instruction. Pin what matters; reassign when needed.

Tasks

Accept, update and complete tasks, with replies due and their dates.

Calendar and agenda

One shared calendar, and an agenda for meetings, deadlines and pending matters.

Leave

Who is out, who covers, and each person's balance.

Search

Find any document by code, subject, sender, tag or year, within the groups each person may search.

Notifications

On the computer and on the phone, grouped so a busy morning is one notice, and only within the hours each person chooses.

each person's own hours

The whole intranet, in your pocket.

The Safehoster Intranet app for iPhone and Android connects only to your organization's server.

  • Read documents in the built-in PDF and Word viewer.
  • Register a document by scanning its pages with the camera.
  • Assign, pin, tag and link documents; complete tasks.
  • Calendar, agenda and leave at a glance.
  • In English and Spanish, following the phone's language.

Also built for embassies and consulates.

The intranet grew up handling diplomatic correspondence, where a lost note or a missed date matters. Embassies get the same private intranet, plus the parts their work needs.

Notes and official codes
Your mission's own code series for notes, communications and consular procedures.
Consular appointments
Pending and confirmed appointments, with the documents each procedure needs.
Confidential handling
Confidential documents reach only the people they are assigned to.
Two languages
Staff can use the app in English or Spanish.
